Tasting note
Intense ruby red. Blackberry bouquet with subtle notes. Soft and powerful on the palate with a long finish. A noble Graubündner.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with local meat dishes (Zürcher Geschnetzeltes) with poultry, bratwurst with rösti. With a vegetable cake or with a zvieri platter. Ideal accompaniment to semi-hard cheese.
