Careful and professional care of the vines throughout the year allows us to harvest the best quality grapes in autumn. Because the best wines are born in the vineyard. The wine cellar only completes what began in the vineyard.

Tasting note
Intense yellow with shimmering gold reflections. On the nose, there are aromas of tropical fruits, such as mango and banana. Honey and citrus fruits on the palate. The balance of sweetness and acidity makes it pleasantly voluminous.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal accompaniment to light starters and cheese dishes, but also to white meats, feuilletés or crustaceans.
Vinification
The expansion took place in steel tanks.
