Tasting note
This wine impresses with its bright and rich ruby red, its fruity aromas of strawberry, raspberry and some cherry with a typical spicy Pinot Noir note. It is fresh, fruity, round and very elegant. A textured and smooth Pinot Noir from neighboring Aargau.

Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are carefully pressed in the winery in Liestal and fermented in modern temperature-controlled fermentation tanks after a maceration period. The expansion takes place in steel tanks.
