About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Terenzi is absolutely proficient in his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originated in the fertile and flourishing Tuscan countryside. The Flaschenpöstler promise a dining experience when you serve this Sangiovese with pasta or lamb.
Tasting note
In just a few years, the Terenzi family has succeeded in joining the top group of producers in Maremma. Even the simple Morellino impresses with its elegance and harmony. But the showpiece is Madrechiesa Riserva, named after the vineyard of the same name. This impressive red wine has been awarded three glasses several times by “Gambero Rosso”. Terenzi follows a clear line that focuses on variety specificity and unadulterated layer character. The two-week pressing takes place in stainless steel tanks, the one-year aging in Slavonian oak barrels.
