Tasting note
In a pale yellow with delicate shades of green. The bouquet impresses with its finesse and mineral character, accompanied by fragrant white flowers and notes of lemon and apple. On the palate, it reveals a fresh, round and fruity structure, carried by aromas of ripe melon, kiwi, peach and apricot. A fine salty note gives it additional depth and character. The harmonious balance of freshness and fruitiness results in a long, elegant finale.
Vinification
The hand-picked grapes are gently pressed as whole grapes using pneumatic presses. After resting for 12 hours, the clear must is separated from the turbid substances and fermentation is started on the fine yeast in stainless steel tanks, usually followed by malolactic fermentation. Each plot is vinified separately and brought together after tasting. If necessary, clarification with bentonite and slight filtration are carried out.
