The Mâcon-Péronne Les As BIO from Domaine Blouzard is a fresh and lively Chardonnay with bright fruit and a smooth, inviting character. Culinary recommendation
Goes well with appetizers in general, delicately flavored fish, pasta with fish sauce.
Vinification
This “Les As” vineyard of just 0.47 hectares is located on a gravelly slope and offers ideal conditions for the vines. After harvesting, the wine ages on lees in oak barrels for one year and is bottled unfiltered. Citrus notes on the nose, a harmonious combination of white flesh, fullness and the characteristic tension of the terroir on the palate.
