About the wine
Delights with intense aromas of exotic fruits, fine spicy notes and floral nuances. Full-bodied and complex on the palate, with texturing tannins, lively acidity and a long, characterful finish.

Intense straw-yellow wine with aromas of ripe mango, pineapple, dried figs, saffron and yellow flowers. Rich and full-bodied on the palate with a complex structure, fine tannins and balanced acidity — long-lasting and surprising on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
A wine that goes well with many things: Try it with fried goose foie gras, mushroom or truffle dishes, with strong fish such as turbot, mackerel or cod, with white meat, poultry or even with spicy red meat and aged cow or goat cheese.
Vinification
Dried for 7 days, macerated for 6 months and aged for 12 months in new Sylvain barrels.
