About the wine
Macco Macco is like strolling barefoot through warm stone paths when someone somewhere is already cooking pasta and crickets are chirping under the olive trees. Smells of fresh red fruits, light and harmonious.

With aromas of red berries and delicate flowers. Fresh, balanced and harmonious on the palate.

Goes well with antipasti, fish dishes and young cheeses.
Vinification
Gently pressed and fermented at low temperatures, this rosé made from Negroamaro and Susumaniello preserves its fruity and floral aromas. Briefly aged on fine yeast, it shows freshness, balance and harmonious structure.
