About the wine
LYSEGRØN is the youngest member of the Sparkling Tea family and was created with the intention of adding a citrusy, fresh ingredient to the alcohol-free range. LYSEGRØN is a fresh, non-alcoholic aperitif that also goes great with oysters, caviar, fish and seafood. It is elegant with high complexity and delicate bubbles. This sparkling tea does not contain sulfites.

Tasting note
Lysegrøn Sparkling Tea is characterized by a complex aroma of citrus fruits, apples, green tea and a refreshing minerality, which is reflected on the palette. The invigorating, elegant flavor profile is complemented by notes of lemongrass, Earl Green Sencha and orange peel. The exciting complexity and long-lasting finish with a touch of derjeeling and green apples make Lysegrøn an absolute pleasure and a valuable non-alcoholic alternative.

Great with oysters, caviar, fish and seafood. Or just as an aperitif!
Vinification
Sparkling teas consist of up to 13 types of organic tea, including black, green, white and oolong tea. Sommelier Jacob Kocemba brews the teas by hand. Each tea is individually treated and processed in small batches to ensure the highest quality. The tea blends are refined with white wine or grape juice as well as natural aromas such as lemon juice, without artificial additives.
