About the wine
A modern, fresh rosé wine with Mediterranean lightness. Delicate salmon pink in the glass, fine aromas of red berries, strawberries and a touch of flowers on the nose. Ideal as an aperitif, with light appetizers, salads or summer dishes. A characterful rosé for relaxing moments of pleasure.
Tasting note
Bright, elegant rosé. The wine develops a fine bouquet of roses and violets, which gives it a characteristic fresh note. Distinct notes of blackberry and blueberry are complemented by a soft and pleasant mouthfeel.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent as a fresh aperitif, ideal with fish and sausage starters, light first courses and white meat.
Vinification
At a temperature of 8 to 12°C, the must remains in contact with the skins for approximately 12 hours to give the wine its characteristic rosé aroma and colour. After gentle pressing, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16 to 18°C in stainless steel tanks, which preserves freshness and aromatic notes. The wine is then stored at 10 to 12°C in stainless steel tanks on fine yeast, which naturally protects the wine from oxidation and contributes to a soft, velvety texture. The wine is then bottled.
