Tasting note
If you miss a certain varietal specificity in orange wines from time to time, this orange is a rather unclassic orange wine. You can already recognize the typical aromas of Gewürztraminer in the nose. The mouth shows fine acidity and great fruit. The classic aromas of orange wine are revealed on the finish with good tannin and a fine aroma of hops and malt.
Culinary recommendation
Goats well with goat cheese, spicy Asian dishes, mushroom risotto, aged hard cheese.

7 days of whole grape maceration, then 6 months in used oak barrels
