Tasting note
A cuvée made from various grapes, vineyards and vintages. The focus is on beautiful yeast aromas, which are accompanied by ripe apples. This is a very accessible as well as refreshing wine, which has a deep taste. Fruity on the nose, dynamic, juicy and round on the palate. An accessible wine that you can open with friends.
Vinification
Slow pressing of the whole grapes, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation with local yeasts, aging on yeast in oak barrels at least one year before bottling.
