Tasting note
The delicate salmon color of this rosé wine has a seductive freshness — and its fresh aromas do what the color promises: a touch of white peach, strawberry and red apple peel. These fruity scents are the prelude to a refreshing, subtle, very pleasant taste, accompanied by a slight acidity that gives character.

Goes well with light summer dishes such as seafood, grilled vegetables or fresh salads
Vinification
After destemming, the grapes are lightly pressed before vinification. Fermentation takes between 15 and 20 days in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15° to 16°. Aging for 6 months in steel tanks.
