Tasting note
Shimmering with golden yellow reflections; intense, tropical fruity bouquet with distinct woody notes (vanilla). Rich spiciness on the palate, with pleasant bitter notes at the end.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish, shrimp, mussels.
Vinification
The destemmed grapes are carefully mashed. The Apulian noble family ferments and ages the wine in barriques. During the so-called “batônnage”, the yeast is stirred regularly, resulting in creamy, buttery white wines. Finally completed by bottle aging.
