About the wine
The Donnafugata winery was founded in the early 1980s and has shaped the image of Sicilian wine ever since. The Rallo family is brimming with creativity and innovation — their wines convey the charm, vivacity and friendliness of the island. This wonderful rosé comes in a shiny pink and is a great aperitif wine.

Tasting note
This Sicilian rosato glows soft pink. The bouquet is a combination of flowers and fruits. On the palate, the wine is lively thanks to its fresh acidity and juiciness, but at the same time very balanced and suitably soft.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal as an aperitif and with Mediterranean starters, light pasta dishes, seafood and grilled fish. Also with summer salads, sushi or white meats.
Vinification
In stainless steel tanks.
