Tasting note
Bright straw-yellow robe with golden reflections. On the nose, fresh fruity aromas of apples and exotic fruits, followed by notes of yellow flowers. Fresh, full-bodied and delicious on the palate with a slight minerality. A long-lasting finish with a slightly bitter aftertaste reminiscent of almonds.
Culinary recommendation
Fish dishes, seafood, risottos, cheese and couscous.
