About the wine
The grapes come from the two municipalities of Desenzano and Pozzolengo. The stony subsoil has good drainage, which benefits the vines.

Tasting note
Bright straw yellow with light greenish reflections. On the nose, intense, fragrant notes of apple, white stone fruit and ripe pear. Dry, juicy and very fruity on the palate. More harmonious and elegant departure.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light antipasti, fish or vegetarian starters. Also ideal as an aperitif.
Vinification
Gentle pressing and followed by cool fermentation. Ageing on fine yeast for a few months.
