Tasting note
Lugana Superiore Molin comes from the Molin single vineyard in Desenzano del Garda. In the glass, it appears in bright straw yellow. The bouquet is characterized by a mineral note, which is complemented by notes of citrus fruits, balsamic nuances and yellow flowers. On the palate, the wine combines concentration with dynamism: Precise freshness and texturing saltiness determine the drinking flow, followed by a clean, mineral aftertaste. It is the direct expression of its terroir, which is characterized by calcareous clay soils of glacial origin.
Culinary recommendation
This wine goes well with carpaccio (beef or fish), carne cruda (tartare) and various freshwater fish from Lake Garda, whether grilled or steamed.
