About the wine
If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it's this hearty Trebbiano 2018 — Lugana Gardé DOC. With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Zamichele SOC.AGR. masters this white wine in the blooming and fertile countryside of Lombardy. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you offer this Trebbiano with an Asian noodle pan or poultry.

Tasting note
Straw yellow color. Delicate aroma of tropical fruits with good acidity with vanilla finish.
Culinary recommendation
White types of meat and fish. Also great with light summer dishes or as an aperitif.
Vinification
Late harvest with manual harvesting of the grapes, followed by gentle pressing and fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature of 14-16 °C, followed by aging in wood for 6 months.
