About the wine
The Monte Del Fra winery is located in the heart of the Custoza area, on the east side of Lake Garda and only 15 km from the centre of Verona. It was founded by brothers Eligio and Claudio Bonomo in 1958. Today, the company owns around 140 hectares. Thanks to the great attention and dedication of the Bonomo family, the wines are very popular and popular on the Italian and international markets.

Tasting note
The playful bouquet of passion fruit, peach and almond skilfully flirts with your sense of smell. Next, playful nuances of lemon, lime and apple will decisively and consciously convince your taste buds. Its noble amber yellow ensures a good mood at the table. You won't find this color in any color catalog. With a slender body and dominant acidity, this fruity white wine presents its impeccable quality.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpost team tip: Goes well with truffles, goat cheese and soft cheese. Our recommendation: The ideal drinking temperature for the organic white wine is slightly chilled 8°-10°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: 2016 - 2019.
