Tasting note
Fruity notes of apple, pear, apricot, lime, almond, herbs and spring flowers, which are underlined by crunchy acidity and smooth body on the palate. On the palate, full, fresh, fruity, elegant and with a long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
As an aperitif, but also with cold starters, sea and sea fish and light meals in general.
Vinification
Gentle pressing of the grapes, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, aging for around five months on fine yeast.
