About the wine
Founded in 1933, Cantina Valpolicella Negrar, a historic winery in Verona, decided in 1989 to launch a comprehensive quality project by identifying some particularly suitable growing areas of Valpolicella Classica. The decision to improve the quality of carefully selected grapes resulted in the new Domìni Veneti line, which has become an outstanding quality production line not only for DOCG and DOC from Valpolicella Classica, but also for other valued wines from the Verona area.

Tasting note
The Lugana DOC takes its name from the Lugana production area, which is located on the southern shore of Lake Garda and is divided between the provinces of Brescia and Verona. The straw yellow in the glass promises a delicate wine. The nose confirms this with wonderful peach aromas and a touch of floral notes. On the palate, the wine has a smooth mouthfeel and an aromatic, long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with antipasti, Mediterranean cuisine, seafood, freshwater fish, vegetable plates.
Vinification
Aged for a few months on lees in stainless steel tanks
