Tasting note
Straw yellow with bright green reflections. Delicate aroma of tropical fruits with good balanced acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Light dishes made from white meat or fish. Just as excellent as an aperitif.
Vinification
Manual harvesting of grapes, followed by gentle pressing and fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature of 14 - 16 °C. Ageing: in steel tanks for approx. 3-4 months
