Tasting note
The color is pale straw yellow. On the nose, clear fruit notes such as pear and fresh apple, a subtle mineral component complements the aroma palette. On the palate, this Lugana shows a nice balance between acidity and rich fruit, supported by a well-integrated spiciness. A multi-faceted and versatile wine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish and seafood, risotto with lemon or herbs, white poultry, asparagus dishes or mild cheese. Also ideal as an aperitif or with antipasto with fresh burrata.
