About the wine
If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it's this dominant Trebbiano 2018 — Lugana DOC Demesse Vecchie. The winemaker from the Italian winery Olivini is absolutely proficient in his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the enchanting and fertile countryside of Lombardy. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Trebbiano with poultry or vegetable rice.

Tasting note
Straw yellow color, scent of exotic fruits with a delicate scent of almonds and citrus fruits, long-lasting and delicate taste, supported by a good structure.
Culinary recommendation
Fish, poultry, aged cheese.
Vinification
Late harvest of grapes with slight overripening. Alcoholic and complete malolactic fermentation (10% in barriques and 90% in steel tanks). Ageing on fine yeast.
