Tasting note
Color: straw yellow with green reflections. Bouquet: fine, with a delicate note of white fruit, slightly floral. Taste: medium-bodied, harmonious, fresh and mineral.
Culinary recommendation
It is ideal as an aperitif and goes very well with fish dishes - especially from Lake Garda - and Mediterranean vegetable-based starters.
Vinification
Harvest: Mid — end of September. Vinification: It is pressed after the grapes have been stripped. Fermentation without skin at a temperature of 16-18 °C. Aging in stainless steel. Stabilization: tartaric acid protein.
