Tasting note
Light straw yellow, fine perlage, floral and mineral amromes on the nose, as well as fine brioche notes. Fresh mineral on the palate and yet pleasantly full. A brilliant sparkling wine!

Due to its perlage and acidity, it goes well with fish dishes and antipasto.
Vinification
Classic vinification of base wine. Bottle fermentation (Metodo Classico) for 24 months on lees.
