Tasting note
Wonderfully fruity and quite strong with aromas of plum, cherry, blackberry and gooseberry with notes of strawberry jam and licorice. On the palate, it shows a full aroma with a very fruity start. Soft round and harmonious structure. Full-bodied and “tasty.”
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with apéro platters, pasta, pizza, Asian dishes as well as hearty meat, mushroom and poultry dishes.
