Tasting note
The cheerful, colorful presentation and youthful appearance reflect the fruity character of this assemblage. It is fruit aromas (blackberry, elderberry) combined with violet, vanilla and caramel that determine the aroma of the bouquet. The juicy tannins, the fresh structure and the pure aromas match and leave a corresponding impression on the rather long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Irish stew, mashed potatoes, empanadas, tortilla española, spicy wähe, minced beef.
