Tasting note
Lualma is the first fifth generation wine from Barahonda. It is a game of three: three varieties - three personalities. In Monastrell you can see the strength of Lucia, in Tintorera the friendliness of Alfredo and in Syrah the sweetness of Martina.
Culinary recommendation
Strong, red meat.
Vinification
The three types of grapes spend 18 months in French oak barrels. Monastrell in barrels of 500 liters, Syrah and Tintorera in barrels of 225 liters.
