About the wine
This red wine is an absolute all-rounder, from aperitif to tapas to barbecues — the animating Luã always fits. Vivid, impressive and nostalgic like the memory of Lisbon.
Tasting note
An uncomplicated and refreshing wine characterized by light aromas of red berries, cherries and floral notes. On the palate, it has a pleasant fruitiness, a soft texture and a fresh, lively acidity, which gives it an invigorating lightness. The finish is short and uncomplicated.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled foods such as red or white meat, grilled vegetables, cold plates or tapas.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks, with fermentation being temperature-controlled to best preserve the fruity aromas. The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation, which gives it a softer, rounder texture. The wine ages in oak barrels for a few months.
