Tasting note
The wine has an intense ruby red color. The well-balanced fruit with a bit of spiciness make the wine appear deep and concentrated but at the same time of high elegance with good freshness.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with meat, beef, grill, lamb, mushrooms
Vinification
The carefully selected Alicante Bouschet grapes are fermented in small Lagaren. The wine then matures in 500l French oak barrels. A small portion of 15% Trincadeira aged in old barrels was added to the wine.
