About the wine
Sunny landscapes in Dão give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Portuguese winery Quinta das Marias conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. With the first-class Lote Tinto, which was produced in 2017, you will certainly have a lot of fun.

Tasting note
Deep ruby red with purple reflections. Black fruit aromas such as blueberries and blackcurrants. On the palate, very balanced acidity and beautifully integrated tannins. Long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Strong meat dishes, such as game or grilled meat, and with mature cheese. An ideal companion for every day.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in small containers, picked and immediately destemmed. Fermentation takes place in traditional granite lagares and Ganimede fermentation tanks. Malolactic fermentation and aging in French oak barriques (second and third wine) for 12 months.
