Tasting note
Medium ruby red. Intense, fruity aromas with light notes of vanilla, coconut, cinnamon and coffee. Fresh and aromatic on the palate, with slightly woody tannins, which give the wine an excellent style.
Culinary recommendation
For lasagna, pizza and barbecues, Flaschenpöstler recommend this Loess Tempranillo DO. Our recommendation: The red wine tastes best at a slightly chilled 18°-20°C. The ideal time to enjoy this wine is in the following period: 2016 - 2024.
Vinification
Cold maceration, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel tanks. The young wine is aged for more than 12 months in new French oak barrels.
