About the wine

In 1984, Rita Tua and Virgilio Bisti planted just 2 hectares. Today and numerous top ratings later - including the first Italian wine with 100 points with Parker and Wine Spectator - 30 hectares are continued by daughter Simena and stepson Stefano Fascolla with passion and willingness to experiment. There is minimal intervention in the cellar. However, depending on the grape variety, wine and vintage, the right choice from the entire range is chosen with an unmistakable instinct, from clay amphora to the double use of new barrels. And even if a lot of wood is used, here it is just an ornament in all the fantastic splendor that Merlot and Co. unfold in the Colline Metallifers in upper Maremma. Splendor and grandeur in their most beautiful form!
