Tasting note
Intense and bright ruby red color, with intense rose scents, ripe red fruits and vanilla notes. Fresh and soft in taste, very balanced and with good finesse and persistence.
Culinary recommendation
Fresh pasta with meat sauce, meat ravioli, roast beef and pork.
Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel distillation tanks at a controlled temperature of 30°. The must is in contact with the skins for 15 days. The wine ages in French barriques for 18 months and in the bottle for 6 months.
