On the nose, intense aromas of gooseberries, limes and tropical fruits with a touch of fresh grass. Lively and fresh on the palate with a crunchy acidity that wonderfully underlines the fruit aromas of citrus and passion fruit. The aftertaste is long-lasting and refreshing.
Culinary recommendation
This Sauvignon Blanc goes great with seafood, grilled fish, light summer salads and goat cheese. It is also an excellent choice for Asian dishes with lemongrass or coriander.
