About the wine
Anatolikos has once again surprised us with a true wine miracle! The Limnio from the vineyards of Anatolikos has arrived and is simply breathtaking! The oldest grape variety in Greece shows its full potential here. The wine was fermented with local yeasts and then aged for 12 months in old, large oak barrels. The result is the unique style of the winery: concentration, finesse, balance and complexity in perfect measure. There are only a limited number of bottles available, and as with all their wines, this Limnio is expected to become a coveted collector's item!

Tasting note
Medium, penetrating ruby red, complex bouquet, earthy with elegant leather notes and dark stone. Flowery, ripe red and black fruits, sweet spices. Gentle tannins, balanced acidity, complex and exuberant aftertaste.
Vinification
Cryoextraction before fermentation and long temperature-controlled fermentation with local yeasts. Ageing on fine lees for 12 months in old oak barrels. It is not filtered and is not treated before bottling.
