Fine, inviting bouquet of pink roses and violets as well as ripe red wild berries and sour cherries. Nice tart note on the palate, with a strong perlage and an invigorating, juicy acidity. This rosé sparkling wine from Vaud by Charles Rolaz is not part of the Ligne Préstige for nothing.
