Color: Pure golden yellow Aroma: Thick, spicy and round on the nose with hints of exotic fruits and white flowers. Character: Elegant, complex and noble on the palate with a smooth structure. An exceptional composition from the heart of Valais!

Goes well with oysters, crustaceans, shellfish, fish dishes, poultry and asparagus.
Vinification
Partial ageing in barriques, followed by 12-month bottle storage.
