“With tangled, sun-blond hair and sea-water-colored, wide-open eyes,” Gisueppe Tomasi di Lampedusa describes the charming mermaid Lighea, the main character of one of his stories. This figure inspired a complex, innovative wine and an equally original label. An unforgettable, aromatic wine with a Mediterranean bouquet!

Tasting note
Lighea shows a brilliant straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose offers a rich and fragrant bouquet, with beautiful citrus notes, cedar, bergamot and exotic fruits such as lychee, with classic orange blossoms. On the palate, the fruity and floral notes come back with a pronounced freshness, good persistence and a pleasant mineral finish.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with seafood, raw fish (e.g. ceviche), Asian-spiced dishes, couscous with vegetables, fresh goat cheese or as an aromatic aperitif. Also ideal with spring dishes or light summer salads.

In stainless steel tanks.
