Tasting note
Aromas of citrus, white and tropical fruits mix with notes of herbs and honey, which give Licos a complex scent. It is supple, lively yet fresh, with good acidity. On the palate, this wine has a very distinctive and pleasant fullness.
Culinary recommendation
This wine is ideal as an aperitif and accompanies various fish dishes, seafood, grilled vegetables, complex salads, egg dishes and white meat.
Vinification
Without malolactic fermentation, 8 months in stainless steel tanks.
