Tasting note
Aromas of beguiling fruit develop on the nose: cherries, berries, plums, dried fruits. All in all, an experience of high intensity and great variety. But this Salice Salentino from Castello Monaci also shows what it has to offer on the palate: fruit, flavor and balance. The sensory impression in the finale is persistent, accessible and shows a lot of charm.
