About the wine
Umberto Cesari founded his company in 1965 together with his wife Giuliana. Over the years, more vineyards have been purchased. All wine-growing techniques focus on protecting the environment. Grass protects vineyards from erosion, pest control and fertilization are handled strictly according to integrated production. Conscious of tradition and yet innovative, the Cesari company today stands for first-class quality from Romagna.

Tasting note
Clear ruby red. Lush, very intense and persistent notes of vanilla and ripe fruit. This structurally strong wine combines the best characteristics of the vines on which it is based. Here, Sangiovese blends with Cabernet Sauvignon to create perfect harmony.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat, game and grilled duck breast.
Vinification
The maceration process is relatively lengthy after the must has been tasted, the wine is stored in wooden barrels for 18 months to mature.
