Tasting note
Brilliant light gold in the glass, with fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, delicate notes of citrus, white flowers and brioche. Fresh, elegant and mineral on the palate, with a creamy texture and a long, harmonious finish.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal as an aperitif, with delicious starters, oysters, sushi or fine fish dishes. It also goes well with mild goat cheese and light poultry dishes.
