Color: Clear lemon yellow with razor-fine green reflections, medium density. Aromatics: Intense, generous bouquet, lime, pear compote, slate, delicate honey notes, warm roasted aromas. Body: Very long, full-bodied start, typical freshness, firm, medium-bodied, delicate, distinctive minerality in the aftertaste. Quality: An exciting mix of fruit, freshness and wonderful texture.
