About the wine
With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the French winery Borie la Vitarèle masters this red wine in the sunny countryside of Languedoc-Roussillon. If we can offer something special for Easter 2019, it is this dominant Shiraz 2014 Les Terres Blanches AOC d'Oc. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Shiraz with game or barbecue.

Tasting note
Dark ruby red. On the nose, aromas of red plums, berries, garrique herbs and oriental spices. Full on the palate, mineral with elegant aromas and a long finish. A typical Mediterranean wine.
Culinary recommendation
This wine goes great with a shoulder of lamb with thyme, a grilled entrecote or a chicken tagine.
Vinification
After harvesting, traditional vinification takes place, followed by aging in stainless steel tanks.
