About the wine

Sunny landscapes of Languedoc-Roussillon give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the French winery Grange de Quatre Sous conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Tasting note
Dark purple. On the nose, aromas of black berries, plums and subtle roasted aromas, surrounded by fine tannins. Full-bodied, fresh and elegant.
Culinary recommendation
It goes great with Moroccan food.
Vinification
The grapes for Les Serrottes grow on very barren and stony limestone soil behind the picturesque village of Assignan. The wine aged for 24 months in large 18hl oak barrels and then 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
