About the wine
With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the French winery Le Petit Saint Vincent masters this red wine in the sunny and fertile Loire countryside. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This Cabernet Franc is very good to serve with lamb or ravioli.

Tasting note
Intense notes of red cherries, raspberries, blueberries and some cassis rise from the glass, as well as pleasant herbal nuances of sage, thyme and laurel. On the palate, Cabernet Franc has a dense yet soft body, lots of freshness and a mineral finish.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpöstler is recommended with lamb, goat cheese and meatballs with tomato sauce.
Vinification
The grapes from the organic vineyards are harvested and destemmed by hand. Les Poyeux matures for twelve months in French, used oak barrels and then for a further seven months in concrete tanks.
