About the wine
The winemaker from the French winery Domaine Fayolle greets us with this wine, which he grows in the countryside of the Côtes du Rhône. Tasting note
Bright ruby red of medium density color, shiny rose gold reflections. Intense bouquet, subtly earthy and nutty, a lactic touch, warm roasted aromas alternating with a fine spiciness and subtle animal notes. Long first drink, strong body, slightly sweet on the palate, delicately tart on the finish, present aromas in the aftertaste. Wine typical of the variety, well structured, surprisingly youthful.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with game, short fried lamb kidney pieces, oxtail with autumn trumpets and ripe hard cheese.
